SET-UP
Saturday, September 19 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am
All additional vehicles MUST be moved out of the festival grounds by 9:00 am on the day of the festival.
DEADLINE
All applications must be submitted by September 12, 2020
VENDOR REGISTRATION
Vendor registration is limited to arts and crafts, specialty foods, home based business and promotional business only. No commercial items may be sold. Please note that submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. We reserve the right to turn down applications (and return fees) based on the number of applications received and overall variety of applications. Please provide a non returnable photo of your set up.
REQUIREMENTS
The vendor will be responsible to be open during the entire festival. You cannot vacate early. Your booth must be neat, attractive and well-maintained. The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash. All vendors will be released after the crowd dispenses and management provides safe exit routes.
VENDOR SPACE
Booth space is limited to a single 20 X 20 booth including all wires, stakes, poles, etc. The surface is grass/pebbles so tents must be secured by stakes or weights on each leg. All items being sold or displayed must be contained in booth space.
ELECTRICITY
There is NO electricity available.You must have your own generator.
WEATHER
The festival is held rain or shine. This is an outdoor event; be prepared for any type of weather. Tents, canopies, and pop-ups must be secured to withstand wind, rain and other inclement weather.
